Yes. We’ve built our pricing to keep the bar to high-quality, competitive marketing as low as possible—especially for entrepreneurs, organizers, and nonprofits who are often excluded or underrepresented in the marketplace. DO YOU WORK WITH BUSINESSES OUTSIDE OF MINNESOTA?
Yes! We’re fully remote and work with small businesses all over the U.S. (and sometimes beyond). Because exchange rates can affect ROI, we only take on international work when we’re confident your investment will deliver the value you deserve.
DO I NEED TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
Nope. We work month-to-month. We want you to stay because it’s working, not because you’re locked in. If you want to change your scope of work, you simply need to give us a 30 day notice to pivot.
WHAT'S THE PROCESS LIKE ONCE WE SIGN ON?
You’ll go through a simple onboarding process where we gather context about your business, get access to your existing platforms, and agree on key deliverables. From there, we work in clear monthly cycles with regular updates so you always know what’s happening and how your bottom line is affected.
WHO WILL I BE WORKING WITH?
We’re an agency built by marketing experts with decades of combined experience. An expert marketer works with each of our businesses alongside our remote team made up of independent contractors who’ve all found their “yes, this is it” moment in marketing. Some of us are seasoned pros, others are newer to the industry, and a few are jumping in from other careers. What we all have in common: we’re smart, talented, and love helping small businesses grow. We’ll handle the heavy lifting, but we’ll need your input on your business goals, ideal customers, tone of voice, and access to accounts (like your website or social platforms). After setup, your involvement can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like.
HOW OFTEN WILL I HEAR FROM YOU?
We stay in touch regularly. You’ll get monthly updates and reports, plus quick check-ins as needed. If something big changes, we’ll loop you in right away.
